• WFM, Experience with the Pipkins, Verint Impact 360, Avaya, or similar CRM call center products.
• Working knowledge of Workforce Management processes, such as Forecasting, Scheduling, Adherence, and Tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to analyze data.
